CIPL works across network security, ERP, IT service management, centralised logging, virtualisation, and contact-centre platforms. Experience includes pfSense, ERPNext, GLPI, Graylog, XCP-ng with Xen Orchestra, and VICIdial.

Our own offices use pfSense firewalls in high-availability configurations, multiple internet connections, UPS protection, and generator backup. Combined with a multi-office footprint, these controls provide a practical foundation for business continuity and resilient delivery.

Capabilities also include osTicket managed service-desk environments, TrueNAS storage, AWS and Microsoft Azure workloads, and scheduled database integration for operational reporting.

  • GLPI can organise service requests, incidents, assets, service levels, configuration records, knowledge, and support-team ownership.
  • osTicket can be implemented and managed as a focused service-desk platform for email-to-ticket intake, queues, priorities, assignments, service commitments, escalation, and reporting.
  • Graylog centralises logs for search, alerting, dashboards, investigation, retention, and visibility across authorised infrastructure and applications.
  • XCP-ng and Xen Orchestra provide centrally managed virtualisation, workload lifecycle, backup, recovery, capacity, and host visibility.
  • TrueNAS can provide managed network storage, controlled shares, snapshots, replication, backup targets, capacity monitoring, and recovery workflows.
  • AWS and Microsoft Azure workloads can be deployed and supported with documented access, network, monitoring, backup, cost, and operational controls.
  • VICIdial, directory services, and hardened servers provide contact-centre, identity, access, integration, and system-lifecycle foundations.
  • Scheduled database integration can move approved operational reporting data between systems with field mapping, validation, logging, and exception handling.
